Shipping Information

Chiron ships from the United States to most U.S. states and selected international destinations. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of your package and its destination zone.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Important note: As a courtesy to our customers all domestic orders over $50 ship free 

 Chiron uses USPS for domestic shipments:

  • USPS Ground Advantage for regular shipping (2–4 business days)

  • USPS Priority for express shipping (1–3 business days)

  • 0.5-0.75 lbs - $5.50
  • 0.75-1 lbs - $6.50
  • 1-2 lbs - $8.00
  • 2-3 lbs - $10.00
  • Every additional pound +$1.00

USPS Priority Express

  • Up to 0.5 lbs - $9.00
  • 0.5-0.75 lbs - $9.00
  • 0.75-1 lbs - $9.00
  • 1-2 lbs - $11.00
  • 2-3 lbs - $13.00
  • Every additional pound +$2.00

Important note: shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is currently unavailable.

International Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

For international orders, Chiron uses FedEx to deliver packages worldwide, typically within 3–5 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping rates are determined by the shipment's weight and its destination zone.

  • Zone 2 - Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, United Kingdom
  • Zone 3 - Australia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macau, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam

  • Up to 1 lbs - $17.00
  • 1-2 lbs - $19.00
  • 2-3 lbs - $21.00
  • 3-4 lbs - $24.00
  • Every additional pound +$5.00

Zone 2

  • Up to 1 lbs - $18.00
  • 1-2 lbs - $20.00
  • 2-3 lbs - $23.00
  • 3-4 lbs - $26.00

Zone 3

  • Up to 1 lbs - $20.00
  • 1-2 lbs - $24.00
  • 2-3 lbs - $28.00

Important note: All orders are shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers under Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) terms. This means international customers may be responsible for paying customs duties or import fees when receiving their packages.

Orders cannot be shipped to U.S. military bases.

 

How long until my order will ship?

We usually ship all orders within 1-2 business days of confirmed payment. The actual order delivery time varies depending on the product. Most products arrive within 7-10 business days from our US warehouse.


What shipping carrier do you use?

We partner with major shipping companies like UPS, FedEx, USPS and Freight shipping companies to offer the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible.


Do You Ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Military Addresses?

Sorry, at this time we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses, so customers need to provide a street address. If a PO Box or APO/FPO military address is provided, we will contact you for confirmation, it will delay shipment of the order.


How to Track the Package?

Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the tracking number and the carrier. Just go to the carrier's website and use the tracking number to track your package.


If you have an account, the tracking number and website can also be found in the Order Status History in Account-My Orders.


Do You Ship to Multiple Shipping Addresses?


You can only specify one address per order


If you're buying several items and want to designate that items be sent to different addresses (for example, you want to buy an item for yourself and an item to be shipped to a friend as a gift), you will need to purchase the items separately.


Sales Tax

 
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state laws and local tax laws. Chiron collects and remits sales tax where required by law.
